Nearly time for our end-of-year Jump stocktake!

What! You might be thinking. Didn’t we just do that?? Well, 196 of our 291 active partners did our mid-year stocktake – that’s a rather disappointing 67%.

We are keen to do better for our pre-Christmas stocktake. I guess most of you know why we do this – to keep modems flowing smoothly. Our goal is for all partners to have stock that matches demand. But if modems are mistakenly issued without Profile Forms being completed then we think you still have these modems and this can delay further supplies.

Partners who don’t respond by then will be getting a friendly reminder call from our two Jump student helpers – Tori and Georgia.

Jump old-timers know the ropes; simply count the number of modems on your shelves and check that this number aligns with the number in cell E2 of your Jump Register:

If you have a match: Send us an email to jump@diaa.nz, saying Bingo! Bullseye! Snap! Nailed it! Eureka! Jackpot! Spot On! or whatever takes your fancy, to signal a match.

If you don’t have a match: Send us an email to jump@diaa.nz, saying Whoops! Oopsie! Hmmm! Doh! Uh-oh! Not Quite! Almost! Rats! or again, whatever takes your fancy to signal a mis-match. But in this case we also need you to tell us the IMEI numbers of the modems you do have in stock. The easiest way is to scan the IMEI barcode on the outside of the box, but if you don’t have one of these hand-held devices, we can settle for the last 4 digits of the IMEI number.

And if you have forgotten how to access your Jump Register, send us an email to jump@diaa.nz and we’ll send you a reminder invite.

The good news is that you don’t have to wait until 30 November – you can do this anytime, starting now!
